Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders with a subtotal over $60. For orders with a subtotal of less than $60, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $5.99. We’re unable to offer flat rate shipping internationally, however we do offer a multitude of shipping options for you to choose from – you can find these options at checkout! Please note, all international orders are charged duties and taxes in advance.

Matter Shipments

We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact [email protected] so that we can assist you with your order as needed. Please note that if you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

What is the difference between a Return and an Exchange?

An exchange allows you to swap your item out for another item at no additional cost to you! A return allows you to mail your item back to us if you change your mind. With a return, you’ll receive your refund once the item is received at our warehouse. Please note, that while we do not charge additional fees for returns, we do ask that you pay for the return handling and shipping costs, at a discounted rate of $7.

How do I get my order number?

Your order number will be included in your order confirmation email. You can always look up your order information on your Rebracelet account.

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible! This means that once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes or cancel the order. However, we offer quick and easy exchanges or returns!
